Bigmech accepts most major credit/debit cards through our secure Sage Pay shopping basket.  You will need to enter your credit/debit card details along with the address the card is registered to.

Should you wish to pay offline you can do so by Cheque or Postal Order and can contact us by e-mail/telephone for us to arrange.

You can also pay by PAYPAL which is a simple, quick and secure way of paying online. All you need is a PayPal account. For more details go to www.PayPal.com

Credit Card Security

To provide our customers with the highest level of service we take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.

Bigmech use Sage Pay to secure all transactions that go through our site.  Sage Pay is the union of Protx and is one of the most respected and widely used protection providers on the market.

All transaction information passed between Bigmech and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.

When your order is processed your encrypted credit/debit card number is removed from the web server.

This means that there is no way that someone can obtain your credit/debit card number from Bigmech so you can order with confidence.

Accuracy of Information

Whilst we aim for all of the information displayed on Bigmech to be 100% accurate we appreciate that mistakes do occur and should you feel that an item is not as described we are more than happy to issue a full refund, based on our returns policy.

Stock

Our stock is automatically updated and if its not in stock you wont be able to buy it, its that simple.  If you are after something specific or want something that is currently out of stock don’t hesitate to contact us and we will find out when we can get it to you the quickest possible way.
