Technical Support

Bigmech offers three different forms of support.  First and foremost you can give us a call where we will always be happy to assist you in any way we can.  You can also send us an e-mail which we will do our best to respond to within 24 hours, although it’s normally sooner.  Finally you can use our technical support forum and get answers to your questions not just from us but from a panel of experts, that’s you the cyclist!  An online moderator will also reply to your forum questions again within 24 hours.

 

We are happy to receive all of your questions, weather they be related to our company, website, your account or the products themselves, we are always happy to help!

 

 

Postage & Shipping

We offer two standard types of shipping, Standard and Priority.  All orders placed before 3pm weekdays will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail unless the item states otherwise.  Our standard service is Free of Charge unless otherwise stated on all of our products; we have no minimum order value.

 

Standard

Standard delivery is usually sent out the same day if ordered before 3pm weekdays via Royal Mail post.  Delivery time on certain products can be between 2-5 business days.

 

Priority

Priority delivery orders will be sent out the same day if ordered before 3pm weekdays via signed for Special Next Day Delivery.

The weekend delivery cut-off will be Friday 3pm. All items sent via our free delivery service should be received by the next working day but can vary according to the courier.

 

 

Returns

As part of our effort to give you the best possible service, Bigmech offers a 30 day returns policy.  We are happy to accept returns of any product providing that it is unused, in its original packaging with all paperwork and in a saleable condition.

 

There is no need to contact us to return an item, simply fill in the returns form that came with your packing slip and send it back to us with you item.

 

We will be happy to exchange or refund any items and will normally complete this within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

 

 

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Should you receive an item that is faulty or damaged you can return the item to us for an exchange.  Please see our Returns procedure for more information.
